About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Silvesda website and our free website analysis tool. By using them you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

The free analysis

Our website analysis inspects publicly available information about the website address you enter and produces an automated report. It is provided free, "as is", for general information only. Scores and findings are indicative — they are not a guarantee of search rankings, security posture, or business outcomes, and should not be treated as professional advice.

You must only analyse websites you own or are authorised to assess. Our checks read public pages the same way a browser or search engine does; they do not probe, exploit or stress-test the target site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the tool — including automated scraping of our reports, attempting to overload the service, or using it to assess websites for malicious purposes. We may rate-limit or block access to protect the service.

Intellectual property

The Silvesda name, site content and report format are ours. Your report is yours to use for your own business purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a free automated report. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the analysis.
