Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Who we are
Silvesda is an Australian marketing and web services business. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
Email address — when you join our waitlist or request a full website report.
Website address and audit results — when you use our free website analysis, we fetch and analyse the publicly available content of the website you enter, and store the results.
Technical data — IP address and basic request information, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To deliver the report you requested, to contact you about your results and related Silvesda services, and to improve our analysis tools. We only send marketing communications where you have opted in, and every email includes a working unsubscribe link, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We use a small number of service providers to operate this site: email delivery (Resend), website hosting, and Google PageSpeed Insights (which receives the website address you analyse, not your email). Some providers store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.
Storage and security
We take reasonable technical steps to protect the information we hold, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to or correction of your personal information by emailing hello@silvesda.com. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@silvesda.com and we will remove you promptly.
